MTB Trails.

Mountain biking on Solid Ground means flowing singletrack, sweeping farm views and trails graded for every level. Ride together as a family — or push your limits on the more technical lines.

Our loops at a glance — Soul (1 km), Mind (1.4 km), Body (1.4 km), Prayer (1.3 km), Mind & Body (2.8 km) and the full Foundation Loop (5.3 km). All routes are mapped out on the Strava app so you can follow along and track your ride.

Trail grades

  • Green

    Easy, mostly flat — perfect for families and first-timers.

  • Blue

    Intermediate flow with rollers and small climbs.

  • Red

    Advanced technical sections — for confident riders only.

Trail etiquette

  • Helmet required at all times — no exceptions
  • Yield to walkers and slower riders
  • Stay on marked trails to protect the terrain
  • Pre-ride check: brakes, tyres, hydration
